One of the most difficult parts of managing a team of bloggers is the frustration that comes along with it. I am the leader and I look after another 4 bloggers. We all are good and serious persons but life can be full of problems at this moment, for the last 6 months, we have been plagued with one after one another problems. In fact, even I myself became very sick and I have not fully recovered yet. So, leading and managing is now very difficult for me. It is really frustrating these days but I have to hang on.
Life is like this. You cannot expect every day or week to be good. There are some bad days and months and I am passing a bad spell of time. I wish I could get over the frustration.
