Last night, I wrote an entry expressing my frustrations that I am fighting for my health and Blogging has become almost possible for me to do at this moment. After writing that, I started to write and I found that I can write. In fact, in the last 24 hours, I have written around 20 short entries. Even when I was healthy, I could not do it easily. Well, my health has not become well suddenly. In fact, today, I am doing water fasting and I did not eat anything. I just drank some water. Still, I can write and I am apply that I can write.
So, my request to you is that just try to talk to yourself. If you are sick then no problem. Take a long break and then try to make a come back. I have done it and now the main challenge is to keep oin doing it regularly. I have understood that writing short entries are better because they need less efforts.
These days, I am reading a lot about weight loss, obesity, diet, healthy food and thus, I am discovering a lot of things about these topics. I am going to write in Techtainment blog about these things from now.
I read the previous post and this post, and I completely identify with you. I’ve had ongoing health problems and it’s so easy to just give up on things, which of course makes it twice as hard to come back.
